BACKGROUND

I have been an accountant since 1978, and opened my own company in 1984.  I am Past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Community Association Institute and Past Chairman of the National Accountants' Committee of CAI.

In 1980, I received a Masters' Degree in Accounting and became a member of the American Institute of CPA's, the AICPA Tax Committee and the California Society of CPA's.
